Hi! I'm Aimee!

Owner & maker behind Cala & Ivy, Momma to my two sons, Bodhi (3) & Teddy (1), & wife to Micah aka the world's greatest unpaid employee ;). 

I started creating & selling handmade fiber art in the spring of 2019 while working nights as a NICU nurse. I created pieces for a few close friends & family members, then for a few Instagram buddies, then for A LOT of Etsy shoppers! Before I knew it this creative outlet/hobby turned into a full-time career. I took a leap of faith and left my RN job to run Cala & Ivy full time in the fall of 2019 & so far it's truly been a dream come true with a lot of learning curves!

This shop is my ray of sunshine, my happy place, my obsession, all that jazz. A true labor of love that I never knew could leave me feeling so full of joy! Thank you for stopping by & letting me continue to create magic for you.
